护理学术活动的相关问题调查分析
摘要 为了解护理人员对学术活动的满意度,参与动机、阻力和需求。采用自编的定式问卷,对参加1999年浙江省精神科护理学术交流的73名代表进行问卷调查。结果:①中高级职称和护理管理人员参加学习交流及撰写、发表论文数分别高于初级职称和临床护理人员(P<0.01)。②对活动的总体评价较高,尤其是老师的讲课水平。③参与动机主要为获得知识和信息,阻碍因素主要为工作忙,但不同层次人员各有侧重。④对护理科研中资料收集工作较有信心,科研设计和统计难度较大,对检索了解和使用者较少。⑤学术交流和学习班分别以2~3 d和4~5 d为宜,选择风景区或未到达过的区域。结论:护理人员对学会活动持肯定态度,但不同层次人员有不同的需求、动机和期望;护理科研的薄弱环节是科研设计和统计,且获取信息能力较低,但求知欲强,积极性高。学会应统筹兼顾,合理安排,针对不同对象举办不同内容和形式的学习班,加强薄弱环节,促进学科发展。
Investigation on the Academic Activities and Related Problems of Nursing Association

Abstract To understand how nursing staff satisfy academic activities and motivation,resistance and requirements of participation,the self-edited questionnaire was applied to investigate and rate 73 representatives who participated in a provincial academic nursing symposium in 1999.The results showed that:The nurses with high and middle level titles participated more academic activities and wrote more papers than those with low title and clinical nurses(P<0.01)。The academic activities were highly evaluated,especially the lecturers level of teaching.The motivation of participation was to acquire knowledge while the resistance of participation was busying work,but there were some differences in various titles.The nurses were confident in data collection but felt difficult in research design and statistics and a few nurses understood and used search index.Most nurses preferred 2~3 day or 4~5 day meeting which held in scenery area or place where they never had visited before.Nursing staff held positive attitude to academic activities,but various level titles have different requirements,motivation and expectation.The weak point of nursing research is research design and statistics,moreover,low capability to acquire information.The nurses with high and middle level titles are the backbone and core forces in nursing research.The nurse association should make all over plans and take all factors into consideration and hold various classes to different learners to strengthen the weak point and promote the development of nursing science.

护理学会是护理科技工作者的学术性群众团体,其主要任务是开展学术交流,组织重点课题的探讨,普及护理技术知识,推动和促进护理学科的发展等[1]。精神科护理专业委员会则根据学会计划,结合专科特点,举办各种类型的学习班、交流会,以促进专科护理质量,提高护理科研水平。为了解和掌握代表对活动的满意度,参与的动机、阻力和需求,进一步完善和提高活动质量,特对相关内容作调查分析,现报道如下。
1 对象与方法
1.1 对象
参加1999年6月浙江省精神科护理学术交流暨讲习班的代表73名,均为女性,年龄22~68岁,平均(35.77±9.10)岁。其中护理管理人员36名,临床护理人员37名;大专学历28名,中专45名;中高级职称36名,初级职称37名。
1.2 方法
自编定式调查问卷,主要内容包括既往参加学习和交流活动的情况,撰写和发表论文数及相关技能掌握情况,对活动的满意度评价,参与活动的主要动机和阻力因素,对活动的时间、地点、内容的建议等,代表按说明在相应栏内采用5分制评分或打钩,所有数据输入电脑,经SPSS 8.0软件包统计处理。

表1示,中高级职称和护理管理人员参加学习交流及撰写、发表论文数均高于初级职称和临床护理人员,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);中年组与青年组相比,除参加交流会次数外,其余各项前者均高于后者,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);大专与中专学历组间各项比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。
